Why Ads are not Displaying in regional language site..?

    Hi,
    My website is in regional language "Telugu"
    Google showing 'public service ads' in my site..
    I saw some other sites in telugu language google ads are coming good.
    why in my site ads are not coming?

    Please give me a solution
