Do you mean MFA? They probably are sites built with the sole purpose to generate clicks from visitors. Minimal content included, no purpose on the net.
No point in making a lot of money if your just gonna get banned and lose it all.
I do believe this is what your talking about, if not please correct me. :p

Websites that are dependant only on ads and not on content are the adsense premade sites.....completely dependant on clicks though...but wont get a good PR .

Those sites are responsible of giving Adsense a bad reputation, hence a user might not like it when a "good/real" site implements Adsense.

    here's two definitions

    Webmasters Dictionary Definition
    1. Adsense Premade Site - noun - a website that will generate revenue for the first 5 days until Google spiders again and realizes it's the same content
    2. Adsense Premade Site - noun - a website subjected to early termination on the Google Adsense network

I agree with the second, the first is absolute bogus, though. Content does not have to be dynamic to be good. An article written detailing the Battle of Salamis is not going to change every five days, but it is probably of more use to a certain group of people than all these dymanic, ever changing sites about loans. I have pages on my site where the text has not changed in years. There is no need for it. They have high rankings and do alright adsensewise.

"Adsense Premade Sites" are usually PLR (regurgitated crap articles that everyone and their brother uses) which google as far as I know, does not like.

When you do a search for part of an article, your bound to come up with 500+ sites using the SAME article.

You would likely get "smart priced" which is fine if you don't mind 0.01-0.03 clicks for a couple of weeks.
