    Are 2 separate applications. Google Webmaster is helping you with indexing your site and Analytics is just counting your visitors and doing a lot of nice graphs.

    webmaster tools can be used to submit
    1 : sitemap to google
    2 : add/editing robots.txt file
    3 : keeping track of crawling errors

    analytics on the other hand can be used for
    1 : tracking your websites overall stats
    2 : setting up goals

    analytics shows how many visitors comming to your website and their behaviour and webmaster is help you to admin your website index in google etc
