So, i had been a member of WHT since like 05. I rarely posted, unless I needed help with something. For the first time in my membership I posted a webhosting advertising thread. I had absolutely no issues. The second time around I was banned. I offered unmetered bandwidth plans on my plans page, and this was an apparent no no. I didn't read the rules effectively, but I didn't know this was against the rules at all. Especially since I've seen hundreds of advertisements advertising the same. Apparently this rule does not apply if you include, say, the person has access to a 100 mbit port or whatever. Anywho, I've been banned for over a month now. Andddd let's just say that nobody will answer my ticket. Someone initially did, but they stopped responding. I made another ticket days later and someone replied "please dont open multiple tickets, an admin will address your issue when they can." Weeks later, still no answer. How can a webhosting forum such as this one try and promote a professional hosting environment, when they are careless about their own members? I haven't even been hostile with them. I apologized and owned up to my mistake. But apparently that is not enough. My small mistake is apparently far worse than those who go on there and rip their hosting companies a new one about stuff they're normally wrong about (all the libel that is said etc).
