    are you blogging on blogspot? They have treat it as a spam blog if you blog more than 5 times a day. You'll need to verify it to make it go away.

    It happens when you post 5 posts in a matter of a few minutes, not in a day.

    If you post with intervals you will be OK. No CAPTCHA. At least from my experience.

    The main disadvantage I see is your users will loose track of your blog quickly if you put too much content on 2 quickly

    Over blogging can be irritating for readers.. I once got 20 new posts for a blog in my feed reader .. tiring to read so much at once.
