looking to the ratio , i'll say hizballa isn't : more military killed than civilian israelis
on the other hand israel is defenitly commiting war crimes 900 civilian for a douzen of fighters

you will say , but israel if she wants she can kill more , yes she can , and as a matter of fact she can nuke lebanon also , that is not an excuse for her huge ratio difference

2. iran
3. syria
4. the lebanese govt (passive and active support of a terrorist organisation)
5. the majority of the lebanese people (arogance and ignorance for so many years)
