I don't think I have a single favorite but the registrars which I've tried out are:
    Godaddy
    Namecheap
    Moniker
    Name
    Dynadot
    Enom
    Dotster
    Netfirms
    Wild West
    Register
    Network Solutions
    Tucows
Domaincentral (is this one related to Directi?)
    Directi
and quite a few resellers, especially Wild West & Godaddy resellers.

Godaddy and Namecheap are great if you plan to sell the names in forums & on eBay.
Having the names registered there makes it a bit easier to sell in those circles.
Name, Enom, Moniker and Dynadot are not far behind, IMO.
They offer free and simple account sign up & even more importantly, free domain push.
It's convenient for all involved, when a seller can easily and quickly push a name to a buyer.

So I guess all of those are "my faves" at this point.

Yes I have to agree, I have most of my domains at Mydomain.com and the rest will be transfered. They always have very competitive prices (with coupon) for renewals, transfers and reg plus I like their free tools they offer for domain management.

I have also used Godaddy, Name.com, namecheap & moniker without any major problems.

I like using Dynadot.com, it allows me to test out domains (gives me 5 days to test it out) not bad if you can setup a site really quickly or checking for type in traffic. I currently have over 15 domains registered with them and never had any problems.
