    I'm using the hosting in my signature and happy so far.

    I have also several paid hosting services but these last ones have resulted unestable, from hostgator to bounceweb, opposite to my site hosted for free.

    I use Linode but I'm going to checkout HostGator seeing as how so many others are using them.

    Everyone says they spread their website on different hosts but has anyone had one of these major hosts, such as HostGator, ever go down? I mean has there ever been a problem with the actual box that was their fault and not your own? Spreading them around seems nice but may be unnecessary.

    If Germany is a good location for you, netdireckt.de is the best dedicated server provider AFAIK.

    I use bluehost. They have been good to me until recently. Their support is a pain to deal with. I'm considering moving after my term ends.

    Currently, I don't have web hosting services as I do not need web hosting services as for now. However, I have hosted my sites with many hosting providers but the 1 which has impressed me with the kind of hosting services they offer is BODhost.com.

    I had a VPS with them which was fully managed by them and the support they offered was absolutely excellent. Live chat support was the best one as most of the problems were resolved within minutes. The response time on the Live chat is the best I have ever experienced. They offer fully managed VPS's as well as dedicated servers and if you are looking for one, you can choose them for your hosting services.
