Just wondering who everyone is using for a web host these days and what do you like best about them.

I like to spread my sites over a few hosting accounts just in case something happens to one of them

I mostly use HostGator, IXWebHosting, and Lunarpages (in the order of my satisfaction). HostGator I've had zero problems with therefore I'm most satisfied with them, IX I had some issues with them two years ago but they have been great recently, and Lunarpages I've had issues with downtime once and a while...

I am my own webhost. :)

Although I trade off my own sites to other companies in exchange to services rendered for certain legal reasons.

I have used GoDaddy, 1and1, Hostgator, Lunarpages, and Ultrahosting. GoDaddy was horrible. Lunarpages wasn't that great either. Hostgator was ok. I have used 1and1 for a few years now for some smaller sites...not bad if you are needing cheap plans. I have a dedicated server with Ultrahosting. They are awesome...very little downtime and great support.
