    buying vcc from any site is always contains a risk...try to buy from reputable mebers in other forums.[DP not allow that product]

    also ask help /customer support section..if available in that site..or try to contact by whois info of that domain [if its public]

    Buying/selling of VCC's is not legal I guess, but you can buy from some trusted dealers, never try sites until you know somebody who has tried them earlier and had good deals...

    Its better to get a paypal account for some legal way. I mean not cheating the paypal because if its banned you loose the money in your account.
