Who's is better Microsoft or Linux?

I like to Microsoft, Coz it is common.

 

in my town.more likely to use Windows
because windows is more easy to use

But its price is rather expensive windows.

 

For me ,the better one is Microsoft.

 

Definitely Linux is more secure than windows but to operate you must remember various commands. But, windows is easy to use and you find a lot of free software. So, window is good enough.

 

Linux in better for security purposes only. In other cases Microsoft is better. It is easy to use and more user friendly as compared to Linux.

 

Better in terms of what ? Personally, I haven't used Windows on my home PC for about a year now, so ..

I think it matters on what you want to do

Linux: Server or anything other then games
Windows: Games and only games

 

I like Microsoft bcoz of the friendly interface...

 

If you handle finest operating system then use Linux and If not then use Microsoft Because Microsoft is easy to handle and use.

 

It has to be Microsoft. Not very many people even know how to use Linux. Plus, they don't have nearly the marketing budget that Microsoft has, so I doubt they'll ever be mainstream.

Microsoft has better marketing and therefore more market share. If Linux was a little bit better in the graphical user interface (GUI) they might get more usage. But they don't do it for money and Microsoft does, so that makes things a little hairy.

 

Linux imho is better, and ubuntu the disto i prefer.

if you have the resources better choice microsoft. the only advantage of linux because it's free. and also linux needs more coding.
