Who's good at keyword research

    even after using all the tools like wordtracker, google suggest, overture, i still can't figure out which keywords are the best to go after in my industry. Any one that has a spare minute or two, please help me decide which keywords are the best to go after. I think i went after keywords that have way too much competition but i do rank well in MSN but not Yahoo or google at all after 7 months.
