who's getting more benefit

    I've recently received a link request from a webmaster of 50 different sites.
    He/She had linked to me from 50 of his websites, and request a reciprocal back to all 50 of his sites. Who's getting more benefit from this exchange. All his websites are probably from the same IP. I have a feeling all his sites uses the same script to display the links on his website. i.e I see the same links in the same order in all of his sites. Should I recipricate links back?

    I would say he benefits from this. Giving you 50 links from the same IP to the same URL is worth less then you giving him 50 links to different URLs.

    I wouldn't link back, but that's just my opinion.

    I agree.

    Just ask for one reciprocal link rather than 50.
