Who's earning with Youtube Adsense? I'm hearing rates are around $200 - 400 for US traffic per 100k views or so. Not bad if you have a decent subscriber base. Are you earning from being a Youtube partner and what's your experience been?
That will depend a lot on the niche of your video. I've helped a lot of people get a YouTube partnership but only a few have actually been making a decent amount of money from their views. But then again, it all depends on your niche. With just one viral video you'll be making a very good income from it for quite some time.

I have started recently to try to increase my page views, and yes the RPM is not that bad at all, so it's only a matter of bringing many ad impressions, exactly the same as with webpages.
I have also tried and failed on youtube. I like usual content adsense. for some reason youtube adsense method is kinda hard and risky, there are many adsense accounts been deleted for using ( bad ) on vids

Google Adsense is a program through which you can monetize your videos and then earn money through them. You earn money through text advertisements if they are clicked. If a video advertisement appears, you get the money right away. However, becoming a partner is not so easy. You need subscribers, channel views, video views etc according to your country. Countries such as the US require a large number of subscribers and views. 100 views or subscribers are too small a total for being a partner in the US. With about 9000 subscribers and a lakh upload views you might just be able to make it for the partnership. Also, if you live in a country like India, you have an advantage. You need about 20-30 subscribers but channel views should be about 250. Upload views should atleast be touching a 1000 views. Other than countries, there are more important criteria to become a YouTube Partner. Some of the main criteria are: 1. Making use of someone else's music is a copyright. 2. All your videos should be original. 3. Game visuals are strictly prohibited unless you are the designer of the game. 4. Advertisements, TV Shows cannot be uploaded. 5. You must be atleast 18 years of age to apply on your own. If you are in the 13-18 age group category, take help of a parent or guardian. There are many more criteria for being a partner. These are the most important ones. Extras The default method of payment is by check. However, you can change this setting once you get an accepted AdSense Account. You receive your check once you have made $100. In some countries, the limit is said to be $10.
I have around 6 General Videos up on YouTube, I made them myself so they didn't cost a penny. In the past 12 months they've only received about 35,000 Views between them but netted $85. The CTR is low but the CPC tends to be pretty good with YouTube partnership. $85 for making something then forgetting about it and not having to do anything else is pretty sweet! You have to be careful what Video's you monetize, I have other Videos up that get a lot more views, but as they contain Music etc I can't monetize those ones individually, only ones I make myself. If you have a certain Niche that your are knowledgeable in, then make Videos, Help Guides, Reviews etc about that!
In youtube, it is very hard to earn money from CPC as ppl will view your video and click cross on the ads. Every video appear google adsense ads, it is very annoying for the user.
Actually, it depends on your niche. Though to make sure money in Youtube is difficult but is not impossible. First of all, to be a partner you need subscribers, channel views, video views and so no. It shows these clearly. This is how you can get a lot of traffic and can be earned much money.

I have never tried it, but I dont think that anyone can make a decent amount from adsense on youtube unless they have a huge viewership and a thousands of videos in their channel.
