Any of you doing well competing with keywords like lawyers and doctors? I know they pay well but it is also one of the hardest to rank well on Google. I remember someone showing me he earned $10+ per click on lawyer keywords for AdSense

I think the only option here is chasing the long tail keywords, rather than trying to compete on the main high paying ones. They'll still be related, so should pay well.

I don't remember $10 but $5 sure. I'm in the dating/humor niche mostly. My strategy is to not invest too much in getting the highest ranking. The higher you rank the more you spend and the lower your profit. Instead take that money and spend it on organic seo across multiple higher paying keywords/phrases and wait. If you invest highly in a new ranking exploit or trend to get to the top you will likely get slapped by a panda or penguin in the end.

Those $10+ clicks still exist, but where there is money, there is more competition.

I have tried the long tail (micro niche) keywords, and it pays much less than the high demand high competition keywords. Maybe it was just me?
