    Stickman is not equal to a smiley.

    I generally stay away from threads where I know I may find offensive - good thing is that they do enforce using NSFW icons for eg

    People who do use signatures with potentialy offensive pictures etc do take them down - depends on how outrageous it is.

    If I'm at work, I usually turn images off when visiting the forum to be on the safe side.

    Must remember that you are visiting to get information etc that is relevant to you as a webmaster - ignore all else if not in your interest.
