    no need to close or delete a thread because of bad posts!
    just click on this [​IMG] report button on of the post you want to be removed. if the post is destroying your business, then it is known as thread hijacking, and the person that has posted that post, will get an infraction.

    anyway this is what i think, a forum is an open board where everyone could speek their mind, there is always risk where some people will just trash you with cruel words, or maybe the opposites.. they will criticize you with nice words..
    but..
    those words are marks for you to learn every single steps of building your bussiness / threads.. :D
