You will be given the entire site, domain and my exact marketing campaign. Basically you need to spend some time each day promoting the site (20 minutes max) using this exclusive technique. Costs involved range from absolutely nothing to about $40 per month, depending on how you do it. Finally I can host the site free of charge for you if you wish. Otherwise it's a very small site and easy to transfer to another host which I would be willing to assist you with as well.

Without giving the marketing plan away I'll tell you that it's one of those things that you wish you had thought of before, I believe it is fairly unique.

This is a genuine and very easily operated business. You won't believe how simple yet effective this is. It would be very difficult to screwup and not make any money with this. You would need to be reading the documentation backwards or something. If you're willing to spend some more time on this project (perhaps redesign the site or simply follow the plan on a larger scale) you can easily increase revenue. I actually have several expansion ideas which I will gladly share with the buyer.

I believe the price for this is very reasonable, I would just keep the site and expand it but I have a large project coming up next month which will eat up most of my time. Additionally it took me a week or so to get the promotion going on this site so you could easily get $500 per month rather than $400 as that figure is based on 3 weeks. I'm doing this for various reasons such as avoiding this domain/thread being indexed by Google and to prevent people fooling around with the signup process which happened last time I sold a membership site.
