you will be amazed when you will visit this link .Selling paypal account was always illegal we all know about this .but look on one of the most reputed freelancer site a guy has posted a project saying he wants someone to create paypal account for him lol . can freelancer.com be sued by paypal for letting this kind of thread run on their site .
its really funny that how people can post this type of things and site is also not taking any action against these kinds of posters - this truly reflects the credibility of the site that how much the site is serious about their content - buyer and sellers...

exactly! maybe you could have just pointed on some sites but not internet as a totality. big online companies will surely be dismayed with this, i bet.
Just report violations for the project, it is not possible to scroll through thousands of projects everyday for a freelance jobs website like getafreelnacer.com ,etc .
Yeah, I see that a lot around the net. I assume it's people who live in other countries which paypal does not support. I highly doubt paypal could sue that site, they may however be able to sue the guy who posted that ad.
doubt they will be able to sucessfully sue anyone in that instance in as much as we are all appalled by the practise. They might however ask the site owners to take the ad down. The internet like real life has its problems but doubt that we could just say its generally turning trashy .
Although I don't believe anyone will get in any amount of trouble, except that person maybe being banned from that forum, forums have been put under investigation for things of this nature. Most people who see that thread will make harsh remarks about the person who started that thread, and that person deserves it, but what about the people who actually placed a bid on it?
LoL yeah one site doesnt mean the whole net, however i feel there is a lot of scammers and con people on the net, thats the issue i see on the net

you would be crazy to respond to an ad like that and actually give him your account. #1 paypal will find out and ban you for life, the account you made for him and your own account #2 . hes probably going to do some illegal stuff with it and you will be the one responsible since the account is under your name . #3. probably a bunch of other crap.
