Whois protection?

    You'd have to check that email regularly though, since you might receive email notices from the registrar or offers to buy it.

    yes, checking that email regularly. I signup with one web-based email for all domains and normally check that account daily

    I've started buying it for all my domains. I bought a .US the other day and found out you can't put whois protection on it so that ticked me off. I won't be buying any more .US domains.

    Ooh, I didn't know that! I'm not from the US, but still is interesting to know. Anyone know the reason why whois protection can't be used on .us?

    Im not particulary sure but its not a new thing, when i first got a .us domain a couple of years back i was a bit ticked but it is stated all over the place. Dum Dum here aswell i just bought another one "with whois gaurd" from namecheap but obviously i cant use the gaurd.

    Sucks to be me lol
