When you're entering the physical address on the domain you just purchased, do you always give out your real street address or do you make up a fake one just for the sake of privacy? Is there a downside to just putting in any info since you won't be receiving snail mail from them anyway?

No, except branded domain or company all r giving fake address. Just add only the correct email address
Yes i always put my real info coz it can save me a lot of trouble when my domain is get transferred anonymously by hacker. The downside of it is people will harvest your email and then sent you spam.
