Whois - Info

For my main domain i need something called Server-simulated URL hiding.

Don´t ask my why... THATS A VEEERY LONG STORY.
Well after trying out a few providers i found that only one german company offers something like that... And its fast and works SE & Adsense friendly.

However.... My my domain is locked for the next 60 days becasue of a recent transfer ( which was a bad decision ) and now i cannot transfer to the german provider.

They also don¨t offer DNS only plans.
And they said they cannot enter the configuration into their NS and i point my domain to their NS.

Now it looks like i found a trick around this.

When i try to transfer the domain to them the let me do the setup before the domain actually arrives.
Next thing that happens is that the transfer is denied becasue of the 60 day lock.

But I think the setup is still on their nameservers and when i now point to "THEIR.NAMESERVERS.COM" everything works perfectly.

Question:
WHen the whois info says ther NS are in use... Thei are... right???
Or will the Domainsettings change after the WHOIS settings update.
I changed the NS-info like 6 hours ago. 3 hours later the whois changed. and now everything works better then ever.

However... I guess when the next refresh their NS... all the info will be lost and my website will not work again.
