    Hey all,

Is whois guard a new thing?

I know people who use several UK companies for domains at the moment, and I dont any offer this service?

Is it an american thing thats not come to UK registers yet?

Where do people think is best to buy .com and .co.uk domains to get this service?

It is not new. It has been around quite a while. The best one I recommend is Namecheap.com. The first year of whois guard is free with any domain purchase.

.co.uk domain registry don't allow whoisguard I guess. You can also try name.com for free whois forever :)

Ah I am so behind on all this internet stuff. Do they sell .co.uk's?

Its a clever idea, I never liked my details being on show to all who did a quick check.

free whois guard forever sounds good to me.

Is it easy to transfer domains from one company to another? does it cut the domain off during transfer or anything?
