I've got support on the phone right now as I type- because none of the figures in my account add up for some reason.

How many are aware there is a 4 hour lag time in determining your daily budget, and you end up getting "credited" for clicks that are not supposed to get charged- though they initially do?
OK...having said that- I was credited with 40 some odd dollars on my Billing info box.
We could only add up some 20 bucks worth of "actual" clicks, yet my promotional $200 has been debited 73 bucks and change.
Is there a lag of a day or so for that too to get credited correctly?
I have no idea what my actual numbers are at any given moment!
Some amounts I'm reading right now in the Spend column are in actuality lower than that amount, but the system hasn't gotten around to telling me what they are.
My support guy is new and needs 5 minutes away from the phone to answer each dilemma presented.

Now- lets look at Budget Pause.
Hitting resume apparently takes 5-7 hours to activate...so, ummmm....Huh?
When your daily budget reaches 120% of it's max, it is automatically paused by the system.
Say I need to pause it before heading out for the day and want it to STAY paused.
Clicking the box next to the campaigns and going up to "Pause" throws a message at me that says it is already paused.
    Hmmmm.
So then how do I know the system isn't going to automatically unpause it while I'm away?
You don't- you just take their word for it.
This was a glitch they apparently fixed- but the technical side isn't working to tell us it will remain on manual pause- it is telling us it already is.

More later- but this thing is scaring me.

I thought perhaps I was missing the obvious of hitting Resume, and then pausing it manually.
Then I find that there is a 5-7 hour lag time for the account to resume.
Well, that doesn't tell me then that my account won't restart when I'm away, does it?

Also- if you delete a campaign be sure to copy the information as you will not get it from this UI after doing so.
Don't count on those previous numbers being spot-on, however....as they are certain to change behind the black curtain as well.

Good info Claymation. On one of my campaigns its pauses itself about 3 times a day and frustrates the hell out of me. I finally emailed support and am waiting for an answer. If I hear anything worth it I will post it here.
