    Hi Dp Members,

    I'm looking for a new web hosting company.

    Can anyone suggest some good ones, that are also good value for money.

    Thanks

    Who's your previous web hosting?

    Try hostgator, they are specialist when it comes to reseller hosting.

    I would caution against HostGator...I transferred a website there from another guy (bought his site) and I've had daily suspensions to my account even though my invoices are PAID through the month.

    Bastages!

    I've been on the phone daily with them and while they are helpful, they have NOT been able to fix whatever is auto-suspending my site and quite frankly, it's getting more than annoying.

    Try DreamHost instead.

    I think that ipage is doing fine and its cost effective too... look at their website - i am sure you will find some attractive offer.

    Hope it helps...

    I think iPage and FatCow are run by the same company.

    well i am a newbie and this is the first time i am buying a host and hosting my website.. i must say FATCOW is really easy and user friendly... so far i haven't faced any problem in uploading my website to net.. and when i face any problem then they are very helpful... i think fatcow isn't bad.. may be its too early to say that but i am enjoying my stay with them so far....

    @JoanzieRules

    its better you select a couple of hosting firm and then try to figure out which of them is better from this forum, else you will be totally confused and will fined very difficult to choose one... more u get to choose from, the more difficult it become to choose....

    If you are starting a website and you have no specific requirements, I would suggest you to choose a cPanel hosting package with a reliable hosting provider with limited disk space and bandwidth for better results :)
