Who Would Be Interested in a Web-Based Coding Engine? Like Dreamweaver, but online.

My friends and I are thinking of assembling a web-based coding engine, like dreamweaver, with all the pure code support, and possibly some better WYSIWYG support.
It'd be tightly focused around css and table-less operation, unlike Dreamweaver, and changes made in the WYSIWYG would edit the auto-attached stylesheet wherever possible.
The main selling point is that you can test it out on the fly, as a proper html document, and also that once you're done it can package the files for you, add the head, attach the stylesheet and such, and provide you with a ready-to-run package.

Now, I'm interested, who would be interested in this? It'd be 100% free self-hosted, and possibly have a fully hosted version.

I'd appreciate any feedback from you guys on this , and if it goes ahead, I'll make sure you're the first to get to test it out and experiment with it.

Sounds like something a lot of people would like to use.

Although i'm a person who likes to handcode everything (gives much more control, etc), so I wouldn't really be interested.

It'd also have fullcode functions, and it'd just watch what you're doing, correct mistakes (if you make any) and package it for you- it's not just for people who can't code :)

To be honest with you I don't think people would use it. I think they would all stick to dreamweaver as its a trusted application and developers can rely on it creating correct code for them.

But don't let that stop you. It sounds like an awesome tool and I would love to see it in action ;)

Dreamweaver + correct code shouldn't be used in the same sentence like that.
