Well I will go with England and if Rooney play same like right now then it will be difficult for any team to beat England as he is one men army and he wants to prove his talent and his form with Manchester United is excellent so far. On Spain, I have to say they have good players, team in form but history is not with them, they always rated best team but always fail to perform well in big stages. Don't know what goes wrong for them.
I reckon that it will either be Spain or England. Both now have great teams and are in form. England were unstoppable in qualifying and they look as good as they ever have. No major injuries and with a full team I reckon they can win.
My vote is for Brazil and it is my favourite team. Hope that they will be able to do it again this time
