Who Will Win Case Xenforo Or Vbulletin?

    The case is still in the court and next the decision come on this feb. only. Till now Vbulletin only , as well they copied some features of IP board also like time wait etc.All we knows illegal website are become famous easily. If Xenforo win ,next IP board will do the case.

    Xenforo developer already stopped work and wait for final result. Some of the developer already leave Xenforo. Now what is next?

    There is no copied code in XenForo from vBulletin, which is the bulk of their claim. It certainly will be interesting to see the outcome, but I think everyone who has seen any of the evidence put forth by Internet Brands so far would agree that they don't have any evidence to the copying. Even Internet Brands own expert who they hired to find copied code couldn't find any. :)

    Maybe they have non-competition claims or whatever... {shrug} But the copying? No. As part of their claim, Internet Brands has said some fairly idiotic things like they claim the right to semantic HTML and other technologies they had no part in making.

    I think they are also claiming things like they hacked their computers and stole customer lists and stuff... But they haven't presented any evidence of such. Really it's just a big company trying to run a small company out of business by giving them legal costs.
