    well, ronaldo and messi are only 26 and 24 years old so if they can keep up this level I really don't think there will be a next star in a few years.

    I'm not so sure about Neymar. He plays very well in brasil but in Europe I don't know if it would be the same. Look at Alexandre Pato, a flop in Europe in my opinion.

    The best south american players normally arise when they're already playing in Europe. All of those who are already 'stars' in their countries normally don't become excellent players in Europe. Some are good but not excellent.

    Messi and Ronaldo are still young, Maybe we will see new best player when Messi 27 or 28 years old.
