My guess (but certainly not my vote) is:

1. Hillary Clinton.
2. Condi vs. Hillary

 

Condi wont run and if she did I doubt she would make it far...

I would be surprised if the party backed Cheney as a Presidential Candidate. I also don't think Tom DeLay will take the nomination, although he's probably the most powerful guy in the party. Will Jeb run? I don't think he'll be primed and prepped for the position or for a campaign run for another 2 terms.

Both parties will be searching for somebody appealing to voters and I seriously doubt a senior senator will be running this time around - with fights over territories being as strong as they are. I think we're probably looking at a prominent republican Governor - either from the south or somewhere along the eastern seabord. The democrats are really hard up for a real candidate outside of Hillary. They have a lot of anonymous voices and not a lot of good strong leaders in the party right now. We probably don't know him now.
