The USA is not going to be supplanted by any "one" power, either economically, politically, or militarily. I say this not because I am some jingoistic, flag-waving lunatic - but because the other countries that even have the remote capability to leapfrog us have even more problems of their own to overcome before they can think about calling themselves #1. The next great power will be the EU and/or the United Nations because partnerships are the only way anyone is wrestling control from the USA.

If ever there was a time when another superpower should rise, it would be now. The US is facing major economic and political pressures. The trouble is, so is everyone else.
beacuse everyone else partly depends on us. And the economic recession we are facing now is nothng of that in the 30's. When people are living on the whitehouse lawn in cardboard boxes and using newspapers for blankets then we will be in the position we were in the 30's and THEN we will be in MAJOR trouble. Also, back in the day of the Great Depression, stock could be purchased on the margin only having to own 10% of the stock and borrowing the other 90% from the bank. Today it is the opposite and only 10% of a stock can be bought on the margin. I highly doubt we will see anything even CLOSE to what we've been through in the past and even then, still bounced back on top.
Just wanted to ask a Question....Are the true Americans, Black or the White ones? or those native one?..I'm a bit confuse. Coz we all knew that European invades that Americans....I think the White one are the European that lives in America..
happy to see lot of disscussion about ups & downs ! actually people r express their feelings what they believe. but i have some opinion that we r not here to down some one or give uplift ! last several months we see all over the world massive changes. those people who r in position and doing work unethically,dishonestly---they r now displaced by their activity. time is the one who tell everything what happened in future ! let see it !

American citizen ship has nothing to do with race. Anyone born here is an American. Anyone who requests and is granted citizenship becomes one. America is an idea.
The original inhabitants of the US were Native American Indians. They were often referred to as "red men" by the European colonizers (the White Man).
Ohh, So, the white one are not really a pure Americans, the Indians are...then, where are Indians now?. I think the European take there land away from them.....What if an Indian becomes the president of America?. It would be nice that Indians rules there land isn't it?..
