    i dont have paypal account but creating one soon. I need help from experts.. can anyone tell me is it safe to add my credit card info in paypal account? Can i Verify my account without credit card? I have ICICI bank SB acc in India (with no credit card , only debit card)

    I wanted to buy something on eBay.

    I guess, they were first starting out.

    I got $5.00 for signing up.
