    I use notepad for editing of all text files, unless they have funky linebreaks in which case I use WordPad or my IDE.

    Yep, I use it too.. very cool software, it's free and it has some cool options that are very usefull ;)

    So yes I use it for css files ;)

    Crimson Edit here... I used to use win32pad, but the lack of support for different character encodings became a pain. I'd actually prefer to use edit+, but that you can't make it function NON-tabbed or undock tabs makes it a functionality step backwards for me.
