Who use Moneybookers Merchant Account?

and they need from you to put terms , policy , etc

moneybookers are scammers in real...earlier they used to scam people, now they will lock ur account and take ur money all over, if u don't reply

if you are selling ebook or something illegal, try use anonymous shopping cart, they will not track what business do you run. If you want to know what cart i use, pm me, i will tell you, i use the safest shopping cart ever.
