That is part of the risk / reward challenge of the global economy. The doors are wide open to finding the absolute perfect and economical fit for your project, but you must do your due diligence in screening potential players to avoid getting someone lazy and incompetent from the global labor pool.
I would rather hire an American but I would rather work for an Indian. Indian will yell at you and make you work hard but at least you feel comfortable working with them. Working under an American boss sucks
