Who should Rate Directories

I'd say the user votes. Page strength and stuff are cool but how much do they mean to the end user!?

 

I voted We do not need a Directory Rating System because our own rating system would likely be flawed too. Whoever had the most influence over it would make sure it weighs in their favour to beat the competition.

Someone mentioned directory critic i think this is the best system out there it does not look at individuals opinion like on dp you see directory lists with the same old directories aimed at pleasing thereselves and there friends. ON DC the directories at the top of the list got there soley on positive users experience nothing to do with pr or other flawed rating system.

 

I think the users/visitors and search engine.
They were the one who made the observation
in your site, so I think they are.
