Who should own HuangYan Island - China or Phillipine?

    In the newspaper i read, now China block that island for fishing.If anybody will find $40,000 will be charged. I did not want to comment ,somewhere else China always use their power. Either they are always fight with Philippines,Nepal,Bhutan or India. Please did not take it negative but it true. I did not want to heart anyone.Sorry , if i heart.

    Under the terms of UNCLOS (and China is a signatory to it) Scarborough Shoal clearly is within the 200-mile Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines and so is owned by it, and which means that China has no right to it. And you say that Chinese logic is legit. Fine, if the word legit really means illegitimate..
