who should control the internet?

Oh... you mean someone actually controls the internet?

yeah we all love google and we think it would do the job properly
but would it be recognizable by governments and UN ? it's a not an official body
it's a company

 

The Internet backbone providers are in the US. Most of them. Probably all of them.

So, any country who has these backbone providers control the internet. That is the reason Broadband is so expensive in India and Australia, but so cheap in the US.

 

I should, & everyone who owns a website should pay me a small fee to lease my internet space from me.
