I was wondering here who sales a VCC? Is it worth buying one for verifying Ebay? I am not saying I need to buy one now. But if someone offers me one I will buy it. I am asking for reviews on using them...
Of course, it is totally not worth doing this unless you plan to get your account limited. Since you are in the UK, it is better to just get a proper bank account and/or a bank issued credit card for that purpose. Do everything legally so you would not encounter any problems in the near future.
I dont understand what you mean get limited? You wont get limited if you use a VCC to verify your a/c. Using a VCC is a good way to verify multi eBay a/c's if you have them ie: one for selling and one for buying etc as you can only use 1 VCC or CC per a/c. Just Google VCC and its easy enough to find sellers.
VCC defeats the main purpose of verification. Verification is the process of using a 3rd party authentication to determine that the information you provided is accurate and true. Those who offer VCC for sale do not even bother to check if you provided real information and they will sell you as long as you pay. Besides most who offers VCC do not even have the authority to sell them in the first place as they are to be exclusively for their own usage.
Avoiding the exercise of or exposure to a fraudulent practice is a good thing for anyone to do, because then you will have an ability to learn what to expect when you need something very much, and you will have an ability to learn how to recognize who you can or cannot trust. If you keep living on the edge and you fall off, its your own shoe laces that tripped you. Stay cool. Be straight.
There are enough VCCs which are not meant for own usage. "Only" those which are generated from bank accounts or CC´s. These can also be used with REAL info (or have to be used with real info). So not with every VCC you break any rules (you don´t do with any) and can fullfill the process of verification
