I had many times problem with someone clicking my ads. purposely as well adding ads in the way it was not proper according to their policy, and when google noticed, they informed me in a nice manner, not once, twice, more than four times i got email from them pointing out, where i have to fix the ads.

and when i got more clicks, which was not common, I thought someone is clicking my ads, and when i contacted Google's Adsense Support. I was surprised with their answer :

Thanks for letting us know about this situation. Rest assured that we've noted your input, and we'll continue to monitor the situation closely.

I also realize that you might have questions about what Google is doing to prevent invalid click activity. You should know that our specialists carefully monitor clicks and impressions on Google ads in order to protect your interests as well as those of our advertisers. To do this, we use both automated systems and human reviews, analyzing all ad clicks for any invalid click activity that may artificially drive up an advertiser's costs or a publisher's earnings.

Please note that according to our Terms and Conditions, Google will use its sole discretion when determining instances of invalid clicks.

Thanks for your cooperation. We look forward to working with you in the future.

    : Isn't it a nice approach from google :)

I have removed some paragraph from the email they send me, but posted this so rest of the publishers & advertisers know that they are treated well with google :)

that's interesting, it's the first positive piece of feedback i have heard about google support, but it's good to know it does happen and that they are not all rude.

Yeah, google adsense support is good most of the time. But sometimes, you stuck with automated answers to your questions.

Speaking for myself, I've contacted Google Adsense Team on a number of occasions throughout my tenure with them and I have always gotten prompt, personal, courteous, and helpful responses. I've asked about layouts, suggested features for publishers (some of which have been implemented, though likely not as a sole result of my contacting them LOL), reported odd behavior on my site, etc and have always been dealt with in a timely manner.

A lot probably depends on the manner in which you contact them. A well thought out, coherent message is going to get a better response than "u @%!$%, why adsnse not shwoing mine site clicks?" :)
