who says geocities sites cant rank well?

    ive read not to bother with free geocities pages as they never rank well , but ive noticed they rank extremely well on both google and yahoo

    a geocities site is currently number 1 for the keywords learn portuguese on google and on yahoo theres 2 geocities sites in the top 10 for learn russian
