This shows how United states tax payers are indirectly funding an illegal occupation.
A major portion of US foreign aid goes to the Israel while people in Africa and Asia suffer worst food shortages and medical crisis.
Israeli Army which is already one of the most powerful armies in the world in routine uses air force tanks, heavy artillery, latest machinery of modern warfare on intensely crowded places, on people who have no air force, no navy, no army of their own, who are basically defenseless.

If by illegal occupation, you are referring to Palestine(and probably the State of Israel as well), I would ask for an address where I can send a check so I can both Indirectly and directly fund the activity. Whatever we give to Israel, its a bargain compared to the cost of having to do it ourselves. I still wince when I think about the cost of Iraq and Afghanistan. On a dollar spent to dead terrorist index, Israel may rate as the best bargain on the planet.

Apparently you and Imad were not living or hiding in a closet in 1991? Let me give you a quick history lesson. Saddam's army was occupying Kuwait. When the US (and worldwide forces) rolled through, we annihilated them in a matter of days. What was left of his army we wiped out when they tried to retreat. Iraq was defenseless. We were inside of Iraq headed for bagdad when a man I've lost all respect for decided decided our victory might start to look like genocide. I also suspect he didn't want to have to deal with the costs of occupying Iraq, something we later had to deal with anyway. He pulled the plug on the operation and the rest is history(which you seem to have no problem revising).

Revisiting Iraq 12 years later was far more expensive in terms of money, lives, and worldwide goodwill, than dealing with them when they first decided to invade Kuwait(one of our worthless allies as GWorld would call them).

Let me rephrase it in simple words for people who still don't get it.

American forces invaded Iraq back in 1991 at the time of Iraq Kuwait war. People like Obamanation thought it was the best time to get hands on Iraqi oil but only when these dreams were going to come true this guy named Collen Powel pulled the plug on the operation.
Anyways we had been making plans how to get our hands on one of these oil rich muslim countries ever since and then some guy came up with this magnificent idea of accusing Saddam Hussain of having weapons of mass destruction and all and we ran media campaigns and stuff and convinced everybody that yeah Saddam is going to kill us all so we had to do something about that.

Isn't it the same picture that another member here posted earlier in the same thread? What's your point?

We find them funny too. Here's something else I found funny. I ran off my first roll of Mohammad toilet paper today and tried it out. It tends to break up a bit around his mouth and beard because of the heavy usage of ink. I think I need to find a way to get it laser printed. Even if it doesn't turn out to be economically feasible for every day use, I bet you there is big market out there for it as a novelty item. I'm guessing the smile I get on my face at the very thought of it is every bit as big as the pride you feel when you read those signs.

You mean like the babies in this video? When you tell your children the "fire of their bombs can not hurt us", and then hide behind those children while shooting rockets into Israel, making sure they remain at the location of the response you know is coming, I'd say your people are a bunch of baby killers. The fact you made sure your babies died for your cause is bad enough, but when you send out your green helmet guy who makes sure the dead bodies of these children get shoved in front of a camera for political purposes, you make it clear your people have no moral boundaries which cannot be crossed.

I can see the propaganda arm of Hamas is developing its playbook. I found this debate between Hedges and Christopher Hitchens, another intellectually elite self proclaimed socialist and leftist rather amusing.
