Who provides the best directory submission service on DP?

There are a lot of directory submission services here on DP and it makes it quite confusing to choose the right one. So i'm asking DP members who've used the directory submission services from other DP members to say which ones are the best.

Quality is better than quantity and acceptance ratio is an important factor, i don't want to click on 500 email confirmation links when only a couple are going to accept my site and it's the same for everyone. So let's see who provides the best value for money so that everyone can benefit from the experience of others.

I have used many of the manual submission folks on DP.

The two I have been most pleased with...for price, turnaround, effectiveness and communication are:

for 1000+: sousen (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=878936)

Others have done a decent job for me...but these are the ones I return to again and again. I hope you find the info helpful.
