As far as I know, in order to get that kind of payout you have to do some serious volume. Then most will bend their payouts.
I have to do $10k per month to get paid every 2 weeks. I couldn't imaging what they would want for me to get weekly payments. If you can do like 30k per month maybe COPEAC might.
At Clickbooth, if your making more than 20K/mo for three months solid they will get you weekly payouts. That is the only one I know of. If your making enough, I am sure a smaller affiliate network could help you out.
Usually you have to produce high volumes to get weekly payments as it was stated already here. You can also check Axill (daily payment for CPA and weekly for CPM).
If you do decent volume or have a close relationship with your CPA or CPM company you might be able to get weekly payments. most affiliates looking for weekly payments are typically pushing fraudulent traffic which is why most networks want you to wait for a few months before you're moved to weekly. If someone i didn't know asked for weekly payments the first thing in my mind is to watch their traffic because it might be fraud.
I agree with this. You shouldn't really need weekly payments. I don't care if I have my payments 1 - 2 months after I have earned them. But I don't normally like it if I receive the payments about 5 months or later as this normally makes me a little concerned that maybe the affiliate program / network is fruadulent.
