who pays for email signups? (opt-in)

    i am now looking for a partner who buys opt-in email signups.

    You may want to set up a coreg process and work with some jv partners instead of just selling signups.

    You have to be very careful with coreg, though to do it right.

    Noobs who don't know what they are doing. There are a lot of them out there, so I would suggest putting in cheap ads in such boards as this one. Go from there....
