Who Owns This Twitter Account?

    This account has only 3 twitts and has been inactive since Apr 09

    You can know about twitter account holder from his profile. If he doesn't provide any info in his profile, then there's no way to know about him.

    You can contact anybody using reply feature. Use @username and tweet asking your query, if the person is smart then he would check the tweet and reply. You too can check who replied you using @your-name.
