You'll find this pic in a hundred places on the internet; it's even been made into a valentine's card. But I haven't seen anything that really states its origin or what its original copyright details are. I built a spammer challenge system for my website where someone has to choose the correct image to get my email address. I put the bear in as the default selection because I think it's kinda poetic. Now the bear is only visible in a hidden div that comes up when somebody clicks the contact link. I'm not using it to sell stuff. Anyone know where I sit legally?
