Who offers virtual credit/debit cards?

Ive been looking for something similar to the beta program that paypal ran a while back.

I am looking to apply for a "virtual" credit card that I can use to make purchases online. NOT A PREPAID CARD, but one with a balance which reflects my credit score.

Does anyone know who offers this???

I dont need a physical card in hand, just a card number, expiration date and VCC so I can make purchases online. Backed by a big name such as Visa or Mastercard, etc.

 

I think it's not allowed to buy/sell VCC's here

 

Im not trying to buy one here, just wondering where I CAN buy one. They're not illegal- Paypal used to do them.

 

There are no virtual cards that coincide with your credit score. There are really no actual virtual credit cards that are not of the prepaid debit type available to my knowledge aside from actually having a bank which offers that service.

 

Just go to some bank and get it. If you want credit score, you should get a real credit card and just put it in a safe at home
