    You obviously want a full service, one-stop shop that's very reputable. I wouldn't mess around with small, fly by night offerings.

    I would try Yahoo! They have a promotion right now for 35% off hosting per month with a free domain. Sign up for their affiliate program and click through the link and get an extra $40 for it. That way you are actually making money on your hosting and domains while your try them out.
