Who need Verified USA PayPal account?

Im thinking to offer a service selling verified USA PayPal accounts.
Is there anyone who may need this?

The point is to verify USA PayPal account with a bank account, then later you can add a VCC and remove all limits with Exp number if need.

Let me know how much such service (if need at all) may cost.

Yes, there is definitely a demand for these but I highly suggest you not to offer the account creating service, just offering the verification because accs will get probably locked after some time.

If u have charge backs of any limitations in account ... u will be the one who will suffer ...
PayPal leaves no one ... 100% guaranteed

 

I strongly suggest against trying to sell Ebay accounts or Paypal accounts on DP...you WILL be shot down in flames.

If you really can verify American Paypal accounts without hacking people internet banking facilities and sending the Expuse, then you have a valuable product.

What I would suggest is offering to talk people through the verification procedure via Yahoo or MSN.

Don't give your customers rope to hang you with.

There are many users (for example alexzin, storeskin) who offer thes kind of service in B/S/T folder) so I don´t see were it should be needed to hack anyones account.

In fact I dont even offer anything. Im thinking about what to do and posted my question here.
You cant withdraw to the bank account, but you may have a fully verified paypal account and send the funds where you want.
And once again, let me ask you how much you can pay for such paypal account ?
You can give me your name and address and I will create you paypal account with attached bank account. Please, note again. You wont be able to withdraw the funds to this bank account or transfer the funds from this bank account. Please, no flame, just answer to the question I asked.

 

I once had a hacked pay pal account and it has made it almost impossible to get another they shut you down so fast and it is so maddening! god bless the honest people ...

 

I'm able to do this. I'm currently working with one person from this forum and have sold others via word of mouth. No hacking and you get a well-known US bank account that you can use as your own with online banking. I do suggest a specific way of doing things, but if you want it done a little differently, I'm ok with that too -- just keep in mind that I won't give you a refund if your paypal or ebay account gets suspended/limited because of something you asked me to do. Doing it my way will guarantee you a clean ebay and/or paypal account (but if you are scamming or doing something illegal, you will most likely be suspended/limited and I don't offer refunds for that either).
